CCTV News:According to the website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued a notice on organizing the implementation of the 2023 national performance broker qualification examination. According to the work arrangement, the 2023 national performance broker qualification examination is scheduled to be held on May 20th, 2023.
In order to do a good job in the qualification examination, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
I. Registration conditions
(a) at the same time meet the following conditions can sign up for the national performance broker qualification examination:
1. Have People’s Republic of China (PRC) nationality;
2. Support the Constitution of People’s Republic of China (PRC) and have good political quality, professional level and moral conduct;
3. Have a senior high school or secondary specialized school education or above;
4. At least 18 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct.
(2) A person under any of the following circumstances may not sign up for the national performance broker qualification examination:
1 due to violation of examination discipline, disrupting the order of the examination and other reasons, the examination qualification has been cancelled for less than 2 years;
2 because of violation of the "Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Performances" and its detailed rules for implementation, it is recognized as a serious untrustworthy subject in the cultural market.
Second, the registration procedure
The national performance broker qualification examination registration takes the form of online registration, and the registration procedures include submitting registration information, paying fees and downloading admission tickets.
(1) Submit the registration information
From 9:00 on March 6, 2023 to 17:00 on March 27, 2023, candidates can submit registration information through the examination registration portal of the National Cultural Market Technology Supervision and Service Platform (ccm.mct.gov.cn). Candidates must truthfully and accurately fill in their personal information according to the examination requirements and platform prompts, and upload photos of their recent 1-inch bareheaded documents with white background and scanned ID cards that meet the requirements. For the specific requirements of uploading information materials, please refer to the registration platform of the national performance broker qualification examination.
The information uploaded by candidates will be used to make admission tickets, check the entrance examination and make qualification certificates after passing the examination. Please ensure that the information filled in is true and accurate before submitting the registration information, and it will not be changed after submitting the registration information of candidates. Candidates are responsible for the failure to take the exam and the error of certificate information caused by the error in filling in personal information.
(2) Payment of fees
Candidates can log in to the examination registration platform to pay fees after submitting the registration information, and the deadline for payment is 17:00 on March 28, 2023. The total examination fee is 130 yuan/person (the standard fee for each subject is 65 yuan/person, and the examination and payment for individual subjects are not accepted). After the applicant completes the payment, the registration information shall not be changed and the registration fee will not be refunded.
(3) Download the admission ticket
From 9:00 on May 15, 2023, candidates can log on to the examination registration platform to download the admission ticket and print it themselves. Candidates who have not paid the fee are deemed to have given up the qualification for this exam and cannot download and print the admission ticket.
Three, the examination subjects and examination outline
The national qualification examination for performance brokers is a closed-book examination, and a unified national computer examination is implemented. The examination subjects include: Subject 1 "Ideological and Political and Legal Basis" and Subject 2 "Performance Market Policy and Brokerage Practice". The examination time for each subject is 60 minutes, and the two subjects total 120 minutes. During the 120-minute examination time, the two subjects are conducted continuously, and there is no rest between subjects. The outline of the 2023 national performance broker qualification examination will be published through the government portal website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (www.mct.gov.cn), so please pay attention to it in time.
Fourth, the examination time

V. Setting of test sites
In 2023, the National Performance Broker Qualification Examination opened test sites in provincial capitals and some other cities all over the country. Candidates can choose at the time of registration and cannot change after successful registration. The final examination place is subject to the information on the admission ticket. Candidates who apply for cross-regional examinations should pay attention to the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements in the city. Candidates are not allowed to repeat registration in many places.
Sixth, the results of the examination were announced.
The system will automatically display the test scores after the candidates have completed the two subjects and submitted the test papers. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism will draw a qualified score line according to the examination situation, and the examination results will be qualified if the scores of both subjects meet the marking requirements.
From 9:00 on June 19, 2023, candidates can log on to the examination registration platform to check the passing scores.
VII. Issuance of certificates
Candidates who pass the examination should pay close attention to the announcement of the national cultural market technical supervision and service platform on the issuance of certificates in time, and apply for the qualification certificate of performance brokers in time.
VIII. Other matters
(1) Relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control
On the day of the examination, candidates should consciously cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work in accordance with the epidemic prevention requirements at the location of the examination room.
(two) Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province residents to enter oneself for an examination requirements.
1. China citizens who are permanent residents of China, Hong Kong and Macao should apply for the national performance broker qualification examination, and should use the Hong Kong and Macao residents’ passes to and from the Mainland to register. China Taiwan Province residents to sign up for the national performance broker qualification examination, should use mainland travel permit for taiwan residents to sign up.
2. Other requirements for residents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to participate in the national performance broker qualification examination are the same as those for mainland (mainland) candidates.
(3) Tips for applying for the exam
The national performance broker qualification examination is organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. No teaching materials are specified, no training is organized, and no unit is authorized to carry out business related to the performance broker qualification examination, such as registration and training.
IX. Relevant work requirements
The provincial cultural and tourism administrative departments shall be responsible for the overall coordination, supervision and management of the qualification examination for performance brokers within their respective jurisdictions, strengthen the examination management, implement the examination responsibility, and strictly observe the examination discipline, so as to ensure the smooth holding of the national qualification examination for performance brokers in 2023.
(1) Strengthen examination management. All provincial cultural and tourism administrative departments should strengthen the whole process management of the examination work, strictly implement the examination management measures, standardize the administrative examination and approval procedures, and earnestly safeguard the fairness, impartiality and authority of the examination.
